$199 WEBSITE PRODUCTION & HOSTING OFFER · LAST UPDATED 24 AUGUST 2026

1. The Offer

For a one-time fee of $199, Utopian Digital ("we", "us") will produce and publish one professional single-page website ("the Website") for the client ("you"), including twelve (12) months of website hosting free of charge from the date the Website goes live.

2. Hosting & Renewal

• The first year of hosting is included at no cost.
• After the first year, hosting renews annually at 50% of your package price per year (for the $199 package, this is $99.50 per year).
• Renewal invoices are issued 30 days before the anniversary of your go-live date. If the renewal fee is not paid within 14 days of the due date, the Website may be taken offline until payment is received.
• If hosting remains unpaid for 60 days after the due date, we may permanently remove the Website from our servers. A copy of your site files can be requested before removal.
• Hosting fees may be adjusted with 30 days' written notice; you may cancel before any adjustment takes effect.

3. What You Provide

• You must supply your own logo, brand colours, images and written content in ready-to-use digital formats.
• Content must be provided within 30 days of purchase. If content is not received within 90 days, the project may be closed without refund.
• You warrant that all supplied materials are owned by you or licensed for your use, and you indemnify Utopian Digital against any claims arising from materials you supply.

4. Additional Services (Charged Separately)

The $199 offer covers production of the Website using your supplied assets. The following are not included and are quoted separately on request:

• Logo design or redesign
• Branding, brand colours and style guides
• Copywriting and content creation
• Photography, stock imagery licensing and custom illustration
• Additional pages beyond the single-page website
• E-commerce, booking systems, membership areas or custom functionality
• AI automation, custom agents and software development
• Content updates after the Website goes live (small updates may be quoted per request or covered by a care plan)

5. Scope & Revisions

• The offer includes one design concept and up to two (2) rounds of revisions. Further revisions are charged at our standard hourly rate.
• The Website is built as a modern, mobile-responsive single page. Domain name registration is not included; we can register a domain on your behalf at cost plus a small administration fee, or connect a domain you already own.

6. Payment

• The $199 fee is payable in full before work commences and is non-refundable once design work has begun.
• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

7. Ownership

• Upon full payment, you own the content and design of your Website. You may request your site files at any time.
• Utopian Digital retains the right to display the Website in our portfolio and may place a discreet "Site by Utopian Digital" credit in the footer, removable on request.

8. Service Levels

• We target 99.5% hosting uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be performed with reasonable care.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from downtime, data loss or third-party service failures. Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. General

• We may decline any project or content that is unlawful, misleading or inconsistent with our values.
• These terms may be updated from time to time; the version published on this page at your date of purchase applies to your project.
